Job description
UnitedHealth Group is seeking an Afterhours Registered Nurse for Mederi Caretender's Hospice, part of LHC Group. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive hospice care after regular hours, including nights and weekends, in patients' homes.
You will triage by phone, perform afterhours visits, and complete an initial nursing evaluation within 48 hours of referral. A valid RN license and driver's license are required; CPR is preferred.
