Job description
CHRISTUS VNA Hospice, part of the LHC Group and the Optum family, seeks an Afterhours Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive hospice care for patients and families after regular hours, including nights and weekends, across Texas.
You will triage needs by phone, respond to afterhours crises, and perform admissions and routine visits while documenting care and coordinating with families and the care team.
