Job description
UnitedHealth Group is seeking an Afterhours Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive hospice care for patients and families during nights and weekends. The role includes crisis triage by phone and conducting home visits to assess needs.
You will perform initial nursing evaluations within 48 hours of referral, handle afterhours admissions and recertifications, and document care plans while collaborating with families to address physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs.
