Job description
UnitedHealth Group, through Suncrest Hospice, seeks an Afterhours Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive hospice care for patients and families after regular hours, including nights and weekends. The role requires community visits as needed and a Friday 4:30pm start through Monday 8am finish.
Responsibilities include tele-triage, afterhours crisis response, initial eligibility assessments within 48 hours, and direct afterhours visits for admissions and recertifications.
