Job description
Gentiva is seeking an Afterhours Clinical Support RN to join our hospice team. In this full-time weekend Baylor role, you will provide compassionate care to patients and families after normal business hours, ensuring comfort, dignity, and quality end-of-life support.
You will lead an interdisciplinary team, perform assessments, develop Plans of Care with physicians, document thoroughly, and participate in QAPI initiatives, while maintaining compliance and safety standards.
