Caregiver — Stanwood, WAActi-Kare Responsive In-Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and caring Caregiver to provide personalized in-home care to a client in Stanwood, Washington. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping others maintain their independence, dignity, comfort, and quality of life.ScheduleVarious days, approximately 5 days per weekDaytime hours between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PMConsistent and dependable availability preferredCompensation$21.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on experience and assignment.Job ResponsibilitiesAssist with personal care, bathing, hygiene, dressing, and grooming.Support safe mobility and ambulation inside and outside the home.Prepare and serve meals according to the client's dietary needs.Provide medication reminders as directed by the care plan.Assist with prescribed exercises and daily activities.Offer companionship and engage the client in meaningful activities.Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe environment.Assist with shopping and errands when needed.Observe and report changes in the client's condition or behavior.Communicate professionally with the client, family, and care team.Respond appropriately to emergencies and unexpected situations.RequirementsValid driver's license and current auto insurance.Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association, as required for the assignment.Compassionate, patient, respectful, and dependable attitude.Ability to work independently and follow an established care plan.Basic meal preparation and housekeeping skills.Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.Ability to perform the physical duties required for caregiving.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Successful completion of a background check and reference verification.BenefitsCompetitive hourly payFlexible schedulingSupportive work environmentTraining and professional development opportunitiesHealth insurancePaid time off (PTO) and sick leave401(k) retirement planWhy Join Acti-Kare?At Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care, we believe quality caregiving starts with compassion, respect, and a genuine commitment to helping others.
