Job description
Flatbush Development Corporation, Inc. is seeking a Group Leader to create a safe, engaging afterschool environment for K–8 participants. You will supervise daily activities, support homework, and run literacy and STEAM-based lessons aligned with DYCD and NYCDOE guidelines.
The role emphasizes youth development, positive behavior support, and collaboration with program staff. 15 hours+ of training per year and background checks are required.
