Resilient Youth & Community (RYC) seeks a KAP Director to lead afterschool programming for middle school youth in Ketchikan. You will steer program strategy, oversee daily operations, and drive engaging, prevention-focused activities while building strong community partnerships.
The role requires hands-on leadership, staff supervision, grant writing, budgeting, and reporting to demonstrate impact in a community-driven environment that supports youth safety and development.
