Job description
YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles is seeking a Site Director for the North Valley Family YMCA Afterschool Program in Porter Ranch, CA. The role oversees program development, safety, licensing compliance and staff development to ensure high-quality child care and youth development.
The Site Director will manage curriculum, family communications, budgeting and marketing while maintaining safety and strong leadership for continuity across the program.
