Job description
YMCA of Collier County | Marco Island in Naples, FL is seeking a Site Director for the After School Program. You will lead a team, ensure YMCA and Florida DCF standards, and report to the Family Services Director.
The role is part-time, 2:00–6:30 pm, Monday–Friday, with full-time shifts available when CCPS is closed. Requirements include CPR/First Aid, 45-hour Florida childcare, a valid driver’s license, and a degree or CDA; Director’s Credential within 1 year.
