Job description
ROC ROYAL INC is seeking a Lead Youth Specialist to provide day-to-day leadership and support to Youth Specialists, ensuring the ROC Royal afterschool program runs smoothly, safely, and engagingly.
Reporting to the Manager of Programs, you will plan and facilitate activities, mentor participants, and build positive relationships with youth and families, contributing to meaningful outcomes for local youth.
