Job description
A local youth empowerment organization in San Mateo is seeking a Youth Program Leader to lead classrooms and deliver engaging learning environments for TK-8 students. This part-time role involves managing a small group of students and providing academic support, mentoring, and building relationships within diverse youth communities. Candidates should be passionate about youth development, preferably have experience working with children, and must be at least 18. The position offers competitive hourly pay and a structured work schedule, typically from 1:30 PM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
