Job description
James River Equipment in Chester, VA seeks a Store Manager (Ag & Rental) to lead store operations across sales, rental, service and parts for our agricultural and rental customers. You will build a customer-focused team, coach staff, manage budgets, and partner with regional teams to grow revenue while maintaining high showroom standards.
Eligible candidates have at least 3 years of management experience, 5+ years in the equipment industry, and strong communication and computer skills.
