Job description
Farmers Insurance Agency is seeking an Agency Owner to lead and develop a high-performing insurance team in Illinois. You will coach staff, drive sales performance, and build a strong client-centric culture with support from the District network.
You will guide licensing processes, establish goals, and implement marketing and community relations to grow the agency. Prior insurance experience is not required, but leadership potential is essential.
