Office Manager – State Farm AgencyWe are a high-producing, fast-paced State Farm Agency located in the heart of Ballantyne looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team. We are looking for someone who is highly positive, proactive, detail-oriented, and a true go-getter. This is not a position for someone who simply waits for tasks to be assigned. We want someone who looks for ways to add value, solve problems, help customers, and make the entire office better every day. State Farm Agency experience is strongly preferred.ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming phone calls promptly and professionallyAggressively help manage phones so customers receive quick, friendly serviceAssist customers with policy questions, service needs, billing, and general requestsComplete service and administrative tasks accurately and efficientlyProactively identify and resolve customer issuesSupport the Agent and team with a broad range of office and administrative responsibilitiesHelp keep the office organized and running efficientlyFollow up on outstanding tasks and customer requestsLook for opportunities to improve processes and add value to the agencyBring a positive, solutions-focused attitude to the office every dayWho We're Looking For The ideal candidate is:Highly positive and energeticProactive and self-motivatedA go-getter who takes ownershipDetail-oriented and organizedExcellent on the phone and comfortable handling a high volume of customer interactionsAble to prioritize and complete tasks without constant supervisionA strong communicator and team playerDependable, professional, and accountableComfortable working in a high-performing, results-driven environmentExperienced working in a State Farm AgencyOur Office Our agency is a high-producing, positive, team-oriented office in the heart of Ballantyne. We work hard, move quickly, take great care of our customers, and enjoy being part of a successful team. We are looking for someone who wants to do more than simply fill a position. We want someone who is excited to take ownership, contribute, add value, and help our agency continue to grow. Compensation: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearWe are an established, growth-oriented agency with a team of highly motivated individuals.
