Agency ManagerWe are seeking a motivated Agency Manager to provide leadership within the office and oversee business development, customer engagement, and operational processes. The role contributes to office performance goals and supports long-term customer relationships. This role is designed for candidates who want to train to run their own State Farm Insurance Agency.Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day activities within the agency office.Support team members through coaching and coordination of workflow.Contribute to marketing initiatives and outreach within the community.Track and analyze business metrics to achieve goals and support growth objectives.Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.Qualifications:Must be licensed in Illinois for property, casualty and life.Will obtain health license upon hire.Highly self-motivated.Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.Prior insurance, business, sales and/or customer service experience required.Compensation: $60,000.00 per yearWe're Hiring!We are a very busy office and are looking for our next great team member.
