This position is ideal for someone looking to step into a leadership role while still being highly involved in the sales process. You will lead a team of specialists, help with hiring and training, and ensure that the team meets performance and customer service goals.Essential ResponsibilitiesDrive sales by acquiring new clients and managing high-value accounts. Lead by example and maintain high sales activity.Supervise, motivate, and develop a team of Account Specialists. Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.Manage the hiring process, including screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new team members.Lead ongoing training sessions for new hires and current team members to improve sales effectiveness and customer service skills.Requirements3+ years in insurance sales, customer service, or team leadership.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
