Job description
Santander is seeking a high-caliber Agency MBS Trading Vice President to drive market-making, risk controls, and revenue across Agency MBS products. You will collaborate with Institutional Sales, Research, Structuring, Operations, Finance, Technology, Risk, and Compliance to deliver liquidity and actionable ideas while maintaining risk limits.
Responsibilities include pricing, hedging with Treasuries and derivatives, monitoring macro trends, and generating client-facing insights.
