Job description
Santander is seeking a CIB Agency Mortgage Backed Securities Trader, Vice President, to lead market-making and risk-managed trading of Agency MBS products. The role collaborates with Institutional Sales, Research, Structuring, Operations, Finance, Technology, Risk, and Compliance.
Candidates should have deep mortgage-market knowledge, strong quantitative skills, and the ability to trade decisively in a fast-paced environment, while ensuring regulatory compliance and robust risk controls.
