Qualifications
Experience in sales, business development, finance, management, ownership, or marketing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and leadership abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Active community involvement
Insurance industry experience is a plus
Willingness to obtain Property, Casualty, Life, and Health insurance licenses
$5,000 signing bonus
Up to 300% monthly commission bonus
Up to 60% annual commission bonus
