The Opportunity
You’re not here to manage someone else’s numbers. You’re here to build your own.
The Atlantic District is launching 100 new agencies to hit our $1B written premium goal. If you’re a sharp sales leader with the hunger to build something, we’ll give you the territory, the training, the support system, and the tools – but your agency’s success is on your shoulders. That’s the deal.
You’ll own a Farmers Insurance agency in the Atlantic District (Maine through Virginia). You’ll hire and lead a 4 +person team. You’ll carry a quota and hit production targets. And you’ll build something that compounds year over year – your income, your team’s careers, your market reputation.

Hit Launch Standards in 90 Days.
Develop Your Next Leader ( A strong agency develops the next agency owner inside it. You’ll grow associate agents and protégés within your team. Succession planning starts on day one.)
Work the Support System.
Own Your Territory.
Who You Are
You’ve carried a quota or run a P&L. 3+ years in sales leadership, agency operations, sales management, or business ownership. You know what it feels like when your number is yours.
You’re a sharp sales mind. You understand consultative selling.
You can build and scale a team. You’ve hired people, held them accountable, and turned them into producers. You believe coaching is how people grow.
You’re direct and relentless. You say what you mean. You follow up like your income depends on it because it does. You hold accountability as a form of respect.
You believe in the long game. You want to build something that lasts, not just hit a number
Licenses: Property and Casualty/ Life and Health license required or obtainable within 90 days
What Success Looks Like in Year One
Your team is fully hired (4 agents) and ramped up by month 3
Your agency hits launch standards in first 90 days
You’re carrying your own production quota while coaching your team
Your team asks for your coaching time; they trust you
Year-end production hits or exceeds targets
The Details
Compensation: Accelerated commission structure tied to agency production (P&C, Life, Health, all products). Target of $450-480K gross income year one. Your upside is uncapped.
Salary Range: $220-250K take home accounting for 50% operational expenses
Support: You get operational support, lead pipeline access, pre-licensing training, and ongoing coaching from District Leadership.
