Farmers Insurance is seeking motivated, business-minded professionals who are ready to take the next step in their careers by building and owning their own insurance agency.
As a Farmers Agency Owner, you’ll have the opportunity to build a business backed by the resources, training, products, and brand recognition of Farmers Insurance. Whether you have experience in insurance, sales, management, business development, or another leadership-focused field, this opportunity provides a path to business ownership with support along the way.
What You’ll Do
Build, manage, and grow your own Farmers Insurance agency
Develop relationships with individuals, families, and businesses in your community
Recruit, develop, and lead your own agency team
Create and execute sales and marketing strategies to grow your book of business
Help customers identify insurance solutions that fit their needs
Establish long-term client relationships through strong service and communication
Take ownership of the overall growth and performance of your agency
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for individuals who are:
Entrepreneurial and motivated to build a business
Strong communicators and relationship builders
Comfortable with sales, networking, and business development
Driven by goals and long-term growth
Interested in leading and developing a team
Active or interested in becoming active within their local community
Willing to obtain the required Wisconsin insurance licenses
Prior insurance experience is not required. Candidates from sales, management, finance, real estate, hospitality, automotive, recruiting, and other customer-focused industries may be a strong fit.
