Were building a team of motivated individuals who take pride in their work, support one another, and are always looking for ways to improve. Connect with potential customers, identify their insurance needs, and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Prepare quotes, explain policy benefits, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the sale.
Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products.
Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through consistent communication, policy reviews, and follow-up.
Manage an organized sales pipeline using CRM tools to track prospects, opportunities, and renewals.
Stay informed on insurance products, industry updates, and applicable compliance requirements.
Participate in team meetings, sales coaching, and ongoing professional development.
Previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred (1+ year).
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with prospective customers.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
