Job description
Compass is seeking an Agent Experience Manager in Walnut Creek, CA to be the primary contact for high-touch real estate agents, handling onboarding, training on Compass tools, and marketing requests. You will partner with onboarding, support cross-functional teams, and mentor junior staff while acting as a culture carrier for a constructive change mindset.
The role is 100% in-office at 1646 N. California Boulevard, Walnut Creek.
