Job description
Compass, Inc. seeks an Agent Experience Manager in Berkeley to be the first point of contact for agents joining our platform. You will train users on Compass tools and programs, assist with marketing requests, and deliver a world-class customer experience day in and day out.
This 100% in-office role at 801 Delaware Street requires excellent communication, proactive problem solving, and a passion for building community among agents while supporting onboarding, expansion, and office initiatives.
