National Sales Marketer
Premiere Senior Marketing

Job Summary
The National Sales Marketer will be responsible for sales and revenue for their specific assigned agents/agencies. This role will track and manage weekly KPIs including phone times, new agent follow up, and activation rates specifically set for them.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide Marketing/Sales Support to agents/agencies
Build relationships for continued success with agents/agencies
Have a full understanding of Carriers and products that are being supported through the role
Ability to communicate the advantages of doing business with Integrity, Carriers and products that are supported by role
Provide input and support on new product and sales processes
Achieve KPIs on a weekly basis to strive for company goals
Support Agent Success VP in defining department strategy for sales and success
Work with other Agent Success Managers in other departments to maximize the overall company value
Continue to educate yourself on the industry
Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the team
Primary Skills & Requirements:
High School or equivalent
Sales experience or related experience
Previous experience in insurance, finance, or a related field preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills
Ability to present sales and training materials effectively to large groups in person, over the phone, and via virtual platforms
Highly organized, able to prioritize tasks, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
