Job description
Eli Lilly and Company is seeking an AI Data Engineer to build and own data ingestion infrastructure and a unified data model for the CMC Data Backbone. You will implement agent components, enable HITL workflows, and engineer AI‑assisted ingestion pipelines from PDFs, Excel, and partner exports.
You will work with scientists and digital architects to ensure data integrity across LIMS/ELN and CDMO sources, while ensuring 21 CFR Part 11 compliance and robust auditing.
