Job description
Lilly is seeking an Agentic AI Solutions Lead in Indianapolis, IN to design, build, and deploy AI-enabled workflows and agentic sourcing systems for ESCO and PRD. You will personally develop and ship agents and applications in collaboration with and PRD Strategy.
The role requires hands-on engineering across AI/ML, data sources, and document intelligence, with a focus on reliable, auditable outputs and scalable solutions for sourcing decisions.
