What You'll Be Doing

Lead daily plant operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production of aggregates.

Drive a strong safety culture through proactive leadership, coaching, and compliance with all safety regulations.

Optimize plant performance by managing costs, production targets, and quality standards.

Develop, mentor, and engage team members to build a high-performing, accountable workforce.

Partner with maintenance and support teams to ensure equipment reliability and continuous improvement.

What Are We Looking For

Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a production or industrial environment.

Strong operational and problem-solving capabilities with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and quality.

Effective communication and leadership skills across diverse teams and stakeholders, while holding team accountable.

Ability to analyze data, make sound decisions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Working knowledge of aggregate operations, heavy equipment, pit development and plant processes.

Work Environment

This role operates in a quarry/aggregate plant environment with exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, noise, and heavy equipment. The position requires regular presence in the field, active engagement with team members, and adherence to all safety protocols.

Competitive base salary, $109,950 to $146,597, and participation in our annual incentive plan. 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions.
