• Develop technical documentation including user stories, technical specifications, code documentation, and release notes.

• Ensure solutions align with federal cybersecurity, accessibility, and compliance requirements.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on modernization, automation, and operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Familiarity with Agile frameworks including Scrum or Kanban.

• Experience with version control systems such as Git.

• Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.

• Understanding of secure coding standards and federal cybersecurity requirements.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities within cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

• Experience supporting VA healthcare systems, VistA, CPRS, or healthcare IT modernization programs.

• Familiarity with MUMPS-based applications or legacy modernization initiatives.

• Experience with cloud-native development in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments.

• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards including HL7 and FHIR.

• Experience working in federal government or highly regulated environments.

• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and performance optimization techniques.

• Relevant Agile, cloud, or software development certifications preferred.
