Agile PLM Support AnalystRelevant Experience (in Yrs): 7+Technical/Functional Skills:• Hands on experience with the configuration of Agile PLM system• Hands on experience in Supporting Agile PLM applications (with integrations)• Experience of Incident, Defect and Service Request Management• Knowledge of ITIL framework• Hands on experience on troubleshooting database related issues, PDF related issues, Workflow issues, Interface issues• Should have strong communication skill• Experience to work in onsite offshore model• Should have the knowledge in enhancements on Agile PLM platform and deployment process• Should have good knowledge on Validation requirement in Bio-pharma domain• Must be able to manage various stakeholders• Must have very good written / verbal communication and presentation skills• Should be able to communicate with and handle customer expectationsExperience Required: 7+Roles & Responsibilities:• To work as a team lead to support Agile PLM application• Responsible for user communication and offshore co-ordination• Responsible To-Be solution and Solution Mapping• To coordinate with the infrastructure, and the other related interface stakeholders as and when needed to solve any problem in time• Provide status update to all the stake holders on regular intervals• To take the full ownership of the support• Co coordinating with offshore team on regular basis.• Internal and customer status reporting• Metric generation and reporting• Offshore-onsite coordination• Supporting user training needs if requiredStart Date: 01-Feb-2018Duration of Assignment: 12 MonthsWork Location: MassachusettsRates Payable to Vendor: $80/hr
