Alder, formerly Honora Care Management & Consulting, seeks an Aging Life Care Professional to support older adults through comprehensive assessments, care planning, and coordination. This field-based role requires local travel, flexible hours, and occasional office days in Mamaroneck, NY or remote work when not with clients.
You’ll partner with families, care teams, and professionals to ensure dignified transitions, strong advocacy, and high-quality service.
