Job description
Bojangles is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Forest, VA to support daily restaurant operations, lead a dynamic team, and drive service excellence. This role partners closely with the General Manager to uphold standards, manage scheduling, and optimize performance in a fast-paced environment.
The AGM will mentor staff, ensure food safety and cleanliness, and contribute to cost controls while maintaining a positive, company-driven culture. Evening/weekend availability is required.
