Job description
Primary Responsibilities
Design, build, configure, train, and test conversational AI agents using Google Cloud Platform, GECX/Dialogflow CX, and Vertex AI .
Develop conversational flows, intents, route groups, state handling, fulfillment services, and LLM-powered agent capabilities.
Build REST APIs, webhooks, microservices, and asynchronous workflows using Python, .NET/C#, Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript .
Integrate AI agents with ServiceNow and Microsoft Azure enterprise platforms and services.
Design and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps , including testing, validation, deployment, and release automation.
Develop automated test frameworks covering unit testing, API testing, conversational flows, regression testing, and end-to-end user journeys.
Write and optimize complex SQL queries to support agent workflows, reporting, analytics, and backend data operations.
Troubleshoot complex application, integration, and conversational AI issues across cloud and enterprise systems.
Implement context management, session variables, prompt engineering, intent classification, fallback logic, and human escalation workflows.
Apply security best practices for APIs and cloud integrations, including OAuth2, RBAC, API security, and secrets management.
Participate in Agile delivery activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, and cross-team coordination.
Contribute to technical design decisions, code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience designing and developing enterprise conversational AI agents or intelligent automation solutions .
Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform and Dialogflow CX/GECX .
Strong Python development experience .
Extensive development experience with .NET/C#, TypeScript, and JavaScript/Node.js .
Experience developing REST APIs, webhooks, microservices, and backend integrations.
Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps , including YAML pipelines and automated testing/deployment.
Strong experience with automated testing, including unit, integration, API, and regression testing.
Experience integrating cloud applications with Microsoft Azure and ServiceNow .
Strong SQL development skills, including complex queries, data manipulation, and performance optimization.
Experience with Git-based source control and modern software development practices.
Understanding of cloud security concepts, including OAuth2, RBAC, API security, and secrets management.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
