Job description
Lantern's Director, Application & AI Security leads a growing function in a regulated healthcare environment. The role is to build secure defaults that let teams ship product and adopt AI safely, with PHI protection by design.
You will own application and AI security across the full development lifecycle, drive secure-by-design reviews, develop the security architecture, and manage DevSecOps and SBOM practices, while growing a capable security team.
