nThe Role
nWe're building a next-generation AI creative team and are looking for experienced artists, filmmakers, and visual storytellers who can create client-ready AI-generated imagery and video.
nThe ideal candidate has a background in commercial production, filmmaking, VFX, animation, motion design, editing, or post-production and understands how to apply those skills within modern AI workflows.
nResponsibilities
nnnCreate high-quality AI-generated images and videos for commercial projects
n
nnTranslate creative briefs into compelling visual concepts and finished deliverables
n
nnDevelop strong visual storytelling through composition, cinematography, editing, pacing, and shot design
n
nnGenerate, direct, and refine content using leading AI image and video tools
n
nnEnhance outputs through compositing, retouching, color grading, VFX, and finishing workflows
n
nnCollaborate with creative directors, producers, designers, and editors
n
nnHelp develop new AI production workflows and creative best practices
n
nnStay current with emerging AI tools and technologies
n
n nRequirements
nnn5+ years of experience in film, commercial production, VFX, animation, motion design, editing, or post-production
n
nnStrong portfolio demonstrating both traditional creative craft and AI-generated work
n
nnExperience with tools such as Veo, Kling, Seedance, Runway, Luma, Midjourney, Flux, and ComfyUI
n
nnStrong understanding of visual storytelling, cinematography, composition, editing, and color
n
nnProficiency with tools such as After Effects, Nuke, Resolve, Premiere, Maya, Cinema 4D, Houdini, or similar
n
nnAbility to take projects from concept through final delivery

nBenefits
nThe anticipated rate for this role is $500-$800 per day. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience, and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
nThis is a hybrid role requiring flexibility to work in-office and remotely. Evening or weekend work may occasionally be required during major projects.
