Help Shape the Future with a Trusted, Privately Held CPA Firm

Drive Innovation. Improve Experiences. Make a Lasting Impact.

Looking to make a meaningful impact through technology and innovation? Join a respected, privately held CPA firm that has proudly served clients and communities for more than 75 years. While our foundation is built on exceptional client service, we're equally committed to investing in the people, processes, and technology that keep our firm moving forward. As our AI & Automation Analyst, you'll help improve the way our employees work by identifying opportunities to enhance business processes, evaluate emerging technologies, and support digital solutions that strengthen the employee experience. Here, your ideas will matter, your contributions will be valued, and your career can grow alongside a collaborative team committed to continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:

Partner with departments across the organization to understand workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and enhance the employee digital experience.

Analyze current business processes, document workflows, and identify inefficiencies or usability challenges that support informed decision-making.

Gather and organize business and user requirements through structured discovery sessions to help develop practical digital solutions.

Translate business needs into solution designs, including user workflows, governance guardrails, and success measures.

Evaluate digital tools, automation platforms, analytics solutions, and emerging technologies to determine their effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.

Participate in user acceptance testing, documenting findings and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Collaborate with IT and organizational leaders to assess implementation feasibility and operational readiness.

Monitor adoption, usage trends, and success metrics for newly implemented digital solutions and pilot initiatives.

Collect, organize, and summarize employee feedback to identify enhancement opportunities and improve user adoption.

Prepare reports that communicate implementation progress, workforce impact, adoption trends, and recommendations for leadership.

Support implementation planning by developing process documentation, user guides, and workflow resources that promote successful adoption.

Assist departments during pilot programs and early implementation by providing structured guidance and maintaining organized project documentation.

Coordinate pilot initiatives by tracking milestones, documenting lessons learned, and compiling results that support leadership decision-making.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Organizational Development, or a related field.

Two to four years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, digital solutions support, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience in a CPA, accounting, or professional services firm is preferred and will help you succeed in this collaborative, business-focused environment.

Knowledge of digital workplace technologies, workflow automation tools, enterprise productivity platforms, and reporting systems.

Familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI), large language models (LLMs), automation technologies, and evaluating business use cases for emerging technology.

Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and human-centered design methodologies.

Experience supporting system implementations, pilot programs, or organizational change initiatives in cross-functional environments.

Experience documenting workflows, gathering business requirements, and supporting technology implementations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend practical process improvements.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Ability to collaborate effectively with IT, operations, and business stakeholders while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Physical & Practical Details:

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities.

Willingness to work extended or irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as business needs require.

Primarily office-based work requiring regular computer use and interaction with digital systems.

Valid U.S. Driver's License Required

Join a team where your ideas help drive innovation, your work improves the employee experience, and your contributions make a measurable impact across the organization. If you're passionate about technology, collaboration, and continuous improvement, we'd love to have you help shape what's next.
