🚨 WE’RE HIRING: AI Developer 4 – Principal AI Architect & Technical Leader 🚨

Are you a senior AI expert who can shape enterprise-wide AI strategy while remaining hands-on with code? We’re looking for a visionary technical leader to drive high-impact AI initiatives, establish architectural standards, and lead the next generation of enterprise AI innovation.

What You’ll Do

Define and own enterprise-wide AI technical architecture, standards, and long-term technology strategy.

Lead complex, high-impact AI transformations across the organization.

Design, develop, and implement scalable, distributed AI/ML systems while remaining hands-on with coding.

Establish enterprise AI governance, responsible AI practices, and ethical AI frameworks.

Serve as a trusted AI subject matter expert and strategic advisor to executive leadership.

Drive architectural decisions across cloud platforms, data ecosystems, and AI infrastructure.

Evaluate emerging AI technologies and guide strategic investments in next-generation solutions.

Mentor senior engineers and AI specialists while developing future technical leaders.

Promote engineering excellence, scalability, security, reliability, and responsible AI adoption.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

15+ years of experience in software engineering and applied AI.

Strong, hands-on Python development expertise.

Proven experience designing and architecting scalable, distributed AI systems.

Deep expertise in AI/ML technologies, enterprise architecture, and production-scale AI solutions.

Extensive experience with cloud platforms, data ecosystems, and modern software architecture.

Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale AI initiatives and complex technical transformations.

Experience establishing AI governance, responsible AI practices, and technical standards.

Exceptional leadership, mentoring, executive communication, and strategic decision-making skills.

Ability to balance long-term technical vision with hands-on engineering execution.
