Job description
StackAdapt is seeking an IP and Commercial Counsel to support the AI-powered advertising platform and its suite of products across Canada and the United States. You will collaborate with product, engineering, privacy, compliance, and commercial teams to guide legal strategy for AI-driven features and data solutions.
You will manage IP litigation, advise on patentability, oversee licensing, and help shape the company’s approach to automation, training data, and governance.
