Job description
Bondora is seeking a Head of CRM & Lifecycle Marketing to own our customer engagement strategy and lead our CRM function. You will drive lifecycle initiatives to increase activity, repeat borrowing, and long-term value, partnering with Product, Data, Engineering, Risk, and Country teams. A hands-on leader, you’ll mentor three team members while delivering high-impact campaigns and AI-driven optimization across channels.
