Job description
Takeda Research in Boston, MA seeks an experienced DMPK & Modeling Lead to shape quantitative strategy across AIRx programs. You will drive PK/PD, ADME modeling, and AI-enabled DMTA cycles, directing CRO partners and translating preclinical data into translational decisions.
The role requires a PhD with 12–15+ years in pharmaceutical DMPK and modeling, plus strong cross-functional leadership across chemistry, biology, safety, clinical pharmacology, and data science.
