Job description
BNY is seeking a Senior Vice President, AI Employee Support Product Owner to lead the People Enablement team. You will co-create an AI-driven, self-service HR support journey across Eliza and Oracle in multiple locations including Lake Mary, FL; Pittsburgh, PA; and NYC, NY.
You’ll drive strategy to unify HR support experiences, design self-service capabilities, and govern a complex product backlog with cross-functional teams, aiming for measurable ROI and cost savings across the enterprise.
