Job description
Unity is seeking a Senior GTM Operations Manager to design and deploy agentic AI systems for marketing functions while owning hands-on Marketing Operations and Lead Operations execution.
You will build AI agents using Claude Code or similar tooling, partner with Campaign/CMM and Integrated Marketing teams, and manage lead routing, scoring, data hygiene, and reporting. You’ll optimize tools like Eloqua and Salesforce as part of the GTM stack.
