Job description
Micron Technology is seeking a Member of Technical Staff to translate architectural vision into efficient, silicon-proven hardware implementations for AI-optimized memory architectures.
You will design, implement and review SystemVerilog RTL, drive microarchitecture development, and optimize area, power, and timing across the development lifecycle. A strong background in memory systems and RTL is required.
