Job description
Gusto is seeking a Partner Manager to drive growth and strategic partnerships with its largest accounting firm partners. You will manage revenue, usage, and cross-functional alignment to expand Gusto Pro adoption and value for clients.
Responsibilities include leading quarterly business reviews, negotiating complex contracts, and collaborating with product and engineering to shape the roadmap. Prior experience with AI-enabled workflows is a plus.
