Job description
Eventus WholeHealth seeks an Attending Physician to lead population health across client facilities within the Outcomes-Centered Healthcare model, collaborating with Advanced Practice Clinicians to achieve excellence in patient care and professional facility relations. The role may include Medical Directorship duties, providing clinical leadership and oversight in one or more facilities.
A strong background in post-acute or geriatrics is preferred, with licensure and EMR experience
