Job description
Gainsight is seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager, Customer Success and Staircase, to own positioning, messaging, and end-to-end go-to-market. This remote USA-based role partners with Product, Sales/CS, Enablement, Design, and Operations in a fast-paced environment.
You will drive enterprise marketing for Customer Success and Staircase, crafting narratives for executive buyers and practitioners, and leading high-impact launches with measurable business results.
