Job description
Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Research Scientist for the Alexa Customer Science team to advance AI-driven product and marketing decisions for Alexa+. You will design, run, and analyze studies using surveys and experiments, and own projects end-to-end.
You will work with product, marketing, UX researchers, engineers, and data scientists to translate complex data into actionable insights. Strong quantitative methods, AI fluency, and experience with large-scale data are essential.
