Job description
Hover seeks a senior analytics leader to build and own Hover's sales analytics and strategy function. You’ll instrument metrics for a sales-led business, automate weekly CRO reporting, board decks, and annual revenue models, and drive change to make data reliable in the field.
You’ll work with the CRO, CFO, VP of Sales, and GTM Systems leadership to identify gaps, lead an analytics team, and turn analyses into actionable recommendations for the board and executives.
