Job description
ServiceNow is seeking a seasoned Core Solution Consultant to shape AI-enabled experiences for customers across IT, HR, and Customer workflows. You will lead discovery workshops, design tailored demos, and build end-to-end flows that showcase AI-powered self-service, automation, and insights.
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in enterprise SaaS consulting or presales, strong executive communication, and hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, and workflow platforms. Travel as necessary.
